Foundational.Art lets you generate playlists, explore curated lists, and submit song suggestions or contact messages. Use it for lawful, non-abusive purposes only. Don't submit spam, hateful content, copyrighted material you don't have rights to, or anything illegal.
When you send a contact message or song suggestion, you give us permission to read, review, and use it to operate the site — for example, replying to your note or including the song in a playlist. You keep ownership of your original words; we just need a license to use them here.
We store contact form submissions and song suggestions to run the site. We do not use them for marketing, profiling, or commercial extraction. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Playlist features rely on Apple Music and other third-party catalogs. Music, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We claim no ownership over them. Saving playlists may require an Apple Music subscription; availability is subject to Apple's terms.
We may remove or reject any submission at any time, without notice, for any reason — including spam, abuse, or submissions that don't fit the project.
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses from your use of the site, playlist generation, or saved playlists.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
