Privacy Policy

We collect only what you voluntarily submit through the site:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
• Song suggestions: the song title, artist, link, any thoughts you share, and an optional tag or name.

We do not require accounts, passwords, logins, or social profiles. We do not install tracking cookies, analytics beacons, or advertising identifiers.

Contact messages are read by the Foundational team so we can reply or act on your note. Song suggestions are reviewed and may be used to build playlists or curate sets.

We will never use your data to market to you, build profiles, sell to third parties, train AI models, or extract any commercial value beyond running this site. That is a hard rule.

Submissions are stored in our backend database (Lovable Cloud) and are only accessible to the project operators. We do not share them with advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers.

We keep submissions as long as the project is active. If you want a message or suggestion removed, contact us through the site and we will delete it promptly.

This site is not directed at children under 13. If we learn a child has submitted personal information, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the site changes. The updated date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision.
