When you submit a song suggestion, we store only what you provide in the form: the song information, an optional link, an optional tag or username, and an optional email address.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect device identifiers, location data, browsing activity, analytics profiles, or any other personal information.

Submissions are used solely to curate music for the next set in honor of Foundational.Art. If you provide an email address, it is used only to follow up about your submission if needed.

We will never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train machine learning models.

We do not share submissions with third parties except for the cloud infrastructure providers we use to operate this site, and only as required to keep the service running.

Submissions are retained as long as the project is active. To request deletion of a submission, contact us and reference the song or tag you submitted.

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Updated" date below reflects the most recent revision.
